Orders
Silkscreen prints are limited editions printed to order. There is an approximate 6 - 10 weeks printing and production lead time and an additional 3 - 4 weeks for framing and shipping. Unless already in stock.
Unframed Items in stock will be despatched within 3 -5 working days. Framed work will take an additional 3 - 4 weeks delivery time.
Unframed Giclee prints have a 2 - 4 week production time. Framed work will take an additional 3 - 4 weeks delivery.
Overseas Orders
There is an approximate 8 - 10 weeks printing and production time and additional shipping time. Only shipping unframed work overseas. Price on application.

Refunds and Returns
100 % deposit on work up front, covers production, materials and contract bookings. No refunds returns or exchanges can be made on products that have commenced production.
Standard Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Artwork
1 Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the sale of Peter Bainbridge Artist print or portfolio (the Artwork) by Peter Bainbridge to you.
2 Title and Risk
As soon as the purchase price is paid in full, you will become the legal owner of the artwork and upon such payment you will be responsible for the Artwork and the risk of damage to or loss of the Artwork will pass to you upon delievery.
3 Ownership of the Artwork Copyright
The Artwork was commissioned by you from the Artist Peter Bainbridge
3. 1 Copyright of the Artwork remains the property of the Artist. It is the Artist expectation that the Artwork will not be
purchased for resale or reproduced in any form. And will be retained by you for your own personal enjoyment. Specifically, you may not sell or offer the sale of the Artwork on any internet based auction house or websites, unless agreed to by the artist.
3. 2 You may not reproduce any part of the Artwork, and may not at anytime publish or submit for publication to any third party including any internet website or hardcopy publication without permission from the artist. If you breach any of your obligations under paragraph 3.2 you agree that.

(a) The Artist may apply to the court for an order to prevent you from continuing to breach your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
(b) The Artist may contact the operator of any internet website on which the Artwork is being offered for sale on which an image of the Artwork has been placed by you or at your direction, and instruct such operator on your behalf to remove any such offer for sale or image from any such internet website.
